Native scheduled reports or an API are preferable because they use report data directly. Visual automation is a practical fallback for a small internal routine.
Look for a native schedule first
If the dashboard has no native schedule, record the export path and run it at a prepared time with consistent filters and file settings.
Record one defined export
In MacroLoop, open the final filtered dashboard before recording, select Export, confirm the format, wait for the download, and stop. Use a separate recording for each filter set.
Verify the actual report
Check the downloaded file, date range, filename, and completeness. A completed click sequence does not prove the report used the intended period.
